We want you to love Her Next Chapter. If it isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

How to request a refund
Email hello@hernextchapterplanner.com within 30 days of your order date, from the email address you used to place your order. Please include your order number. You're welcome to tell us what didn't work for you, as it helps us improve, but you don't have to.

What you need to know
Refund requests must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests after 30 days can't be accepted.
The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to show the refund.
Any add ons or bonuses bought or received with the same order are included in the refund and are no longer licensed for use once refunded.
Because our products are digital downloads, there is nothing to return.
